  1. An applicant is required to pay for the lease of the niche in full as per table below in order to obtain the rights to the exclusive use of a niche in the columbarium for the interment of ashes of the deceased.



                                      

  1. The cost for the lease of a niche shown above exclude :


  1. single urn for single niche and two urns for double and modified double niche.
  2. name plate, inscriptions, affixation of photograph of the deceased.
  3. cost of cremation, funeral and any other associated expenses.

 

  1. Removal/Opening and closing of niche per occasion (D-2) ……. RM500.00
  2. Renewal of lease after expiry period of 60 years (D-3) ………….50% of prevailing cost of niche
  3. Interment of Ashes at the Memorial Garden (D-3) .……………..RM200.00
